I can not stay away from the mouthwatering glory that is Al Xile’s products. Positively amazing snack with crackers and cheese.

I found these at a farmers market in Vancouver, WA while visiting family. I brought them home to Austin, TX and immediately started adding these to dishes. Breakfast tacos is my fave to add it to so far but honestly I need to re-up so I can find more dishes to add it to. It adds crunch and a little spice which are both elements that, in my opinion, can make an average dish spectacular.

So very yummy. I've put them in scrambled eggs, salads, sandwich's and if I have to be honest I eat them as a snack right out of the jar :) (I've also taken a bit of dark chocolate & some peppers & make 'spicy hot sandwich's, give it a shot you won't be sorry!!!)

I was given this as a gift and now that I officially ran out, I can’t live without this. This has the best flavor without being too salty, and the texture is perfect for adding any sort of crunch to what you put it on. This oil truly is spicy other than most oils that just have a pepper flavor. And again, one of my favorite things about this oil is it’s not super salty. I will keep purchasing over and over again!!!

Anyone who knows me will know I avoid spicy food. I tried this at a farmers market, and I was floored at how delicious it was. The flavor of the pepper, the taste of high-quality salt, the consistency of the oil, all of it was so delicious. I will be buying this for Life. I’m still baffled since I know I don’t like spicy stuff, but this is just so good! I put it on everything and I’ve had it for four days and I’m already through half the jar.

Delicious! The chilis elevated every dish we added them to. My favorite was putting them on scrambled eggs with cotija cheese.

This is the BEST Chili Crisp ever! Amazing texture, crunch and flavor. It's just the right amount of heat for me (woosie on the heat scale!).

I love these peppers, my mother loves putting it in our rice and peas, topping it on our breakfast eggs, fish, bread with Avarado down to our outdoor fast food: chipotle burritos, red lobster biscuits you NAME IT. You can’t live or leave without Al-Xile.
